"Had no hot water, exterior of house un maintained, house very run down "

"Was plenty of tea coffee and milk, fridge was clean, The bathroom was pretty decent but the rest of it was terrible, there was toilet paper shoved in holes that were in the wall, there was even a little shampoo bottle shoved in one of the holes half way up to the roof."

"Its about time! Finally a hotel that actually considers guests. Bed comfy, room clean, staff willing to go that extra bit to make you feel comfortable. Unable to stay for the complimentary breakfast due to early business, but was offered a lovely breakfast pack to take with me. Restaurant and Bar being a short walk across the court and there professionalism was noted as well. Well done ."

"Check-in was fast and easy. The room is starting to show its age but had everything needed for a short or longer stay. Bed was comfortable . Its a short walk to the pubs and restaurants. The shower screen needs mold cleaned off. "

"I thoroughly enjoyed my 3 nights here. The house was very clean and tidy and had everything supplied that was needed for a lovely stay in Dubbo. It was situated in a very quiet neighbourhood. I would definately recommend this stay to anyone visiting Dubbo or surrounds.Regards Michelle"
