"Staff was great but I called ahead to make sure that the hot tub working ( a couple of days before I arrived) & was told it was. When we went to use it the water was warm ( not warm enough) but no jets. I called the front desk & was told that maintenance told them they’ve been waiting for ‘a part’ for awhile now & sorry. The hot tub was the main reason for my booking so it was quite disappointing."

"Great Hotel: I enjoy the free breakfast and friendly staff. It is very quiet for sleeping and the beds are comfortable. You can walk to Castro, street in 10 min. to enjoy dinner outside and many coffee shops! The free parking is safe too."

"Request in advance for any additional towels or cleaning the room. I requested my room to be cleaned the staff said they are at capacity then I said just replace the towels. When I came back around midnight, my room was not cleaned nor towels has been replaced"

"The breakfast items were “just ok”. Same thing every morning, no variety, only old apples & oranges that nobody wants. Coffee is great. My Microwave didn’t have a wall socket to plug in (WEIRD). The mirror was not over the sink ALSO WEIRD. I have to give a great compliment to Andres who works for housekeeping since he was very attentive and we spoke briefly everyday. "

"Room was clean. Booked the Premium King room with Lanai. Upon check in we were given a premium room but it did not have a Lanai. When I asked where The Lanai was they said it was the name of the room and if I wanted a patio you have to reserve a room that said Patio. For a Polynesian branded hotel I assumed a Lanai was a patio so just a heads up when booking. Overall the staff were great, the food was decent and it’s a nice hotel. I would stay again and make sure to get a patio because the gardens are beautiful "
