"Construction going on in the hotel from 9 am in the morning till 5 pm in the evenings.
Total disregard for the guests comfort....could not sleep in
Had to stay out of the room because of the noise.
Brought to notice of the receptionist who expressed their inability to do anything. "

"Staff was amazing and they made my stay memorable. Felt like a family environment which made me feel safe. You can easily walk to restaurants and bars. The Exito thats 3 minutes walking was a huge help for anything you need. I will say that my room was pretty hot even with the A/C on and windows open so keep that in mind. "
