"My family and I loved staying at Maraviglia for 6 nights this July. The vibe is calm and beautiful. We felt very connected with nature while being here. My children loved spending time in the well-maintained pool. The hosts Francesco & Francesca went out of their way to welcome us, with some fresh fruit stocked in the kitchen. Walking the grounds after dinnertime was lovely, as we had a beautiful sunset every evening. The smell of rosemary filled the air. There are so many lovely nooks and crannies to sit and read, chat or simply take in the stunning view. There is a cat who wanders around the grounds and we enjoyed getting to know her as well. The bedrooms have screens so we could have a breeze during the nights. The fans in each bedroom were helpful as well. We would love to visit again sometime!"

"The villa is the idyllic setting for solitude, relaxation and nature.The property is a traditional Tuscan home, with rustic furnishings, and facilities, everything the listing shows it is. The property is not modern rental, which is what we wanted.The grounds give you a wide flexibility of places to relax and eat.We took a large inflatable pool for the 4 weeks vaction, which was perfect ro cool down, in the temperature of 35 - 41 degrees.It was in an excellent location, because most beautiful towns and festivals were within an easy drive."

"Für unsere 9er Gruppe war das Haus ideal. Die Terrasse ist perfekt für heiße Tage. Das Haus bleibt lange kühl. Paola hat uns unkompliziert geholfen und ist sehr hilfsbereit."

"Chiara was a wonderful hostess. She showed us around the property explaining how everything worked. The cottage was large and charming. The kitchen worked well for us. Having a washer was a big plus! Good parking. The pool was an extra bonus with a beautiful view. The area is accessible to many towns in Tuscany. Monte San Savino had a great bakery in the newer area. I suggest the COOP for groceries instead of Conad’s. We ate at a couple of places in the old part of town, that were very good."

"Belle maison agréable, chambres spacieuses avec salle de bain conforment à la description sur le site de location. Arrivée un peu difficile car maison en dehors de la ville de Monte San Savino et au bout d'un chemin peu fréquenté, mais calme assuré.Les petites critiques seraient sur les équipements à l'extérieur très ordinaires, (pas de chaises longues pourtant en photo sur le site par exemple).Nous étions 8 adultes, les petits appareils électroménagers ne sont pas adaptés (cafetière, grille pain très bas de gamme).Malgré ces petits inconvénients nous avons passé un super séjour au milieu des oliviers et proche de merveilleux sites."

"We had an excellent week at Il Querciolo. It is an ideal location for a base to explore Tuscany with Arezzo, Siena and Florence all within easy reach. If you prefer quieter smaller towns, there are plenty to choose from, such as Cortona, Monte San Savino, Gargonza, Lucignano, Castiglion Fiorentino - all close by. Cesare and family were amazing hosts and provided a warm welcome and plenty of suggestions of places to visit. They also produce some amazing wine, which you have to try when you stay. Also recommend the breakfast they provide with homemade breads, cakes and biscuits. The pool is great when you want a relaxing day on site and has a stunning view over the valley and provides fantastic sunsets in the late evening. We definitely hope to return for another stay."

"Entgegen einer alten Rezension haben wir die Unterkunft problemlos gefunden. Die Lage ist sehr schön, etwas außerhalb von Monte San SAvino mit einem guten Blick auf die Altstadt. Meistens war es auch recht ruhig, doch hatten wir das Pech, dass häufiger laute Gartenarbeiten stattgefunden haben. Auch gab es offensichtlich zahlreiche Hunde in der Umgebung, die sich mit Bellen gegenseitig angestachelt haben, so dass es auch in der Nacht gelegentlich unruhig wurde.Ansonsten ist die Unterkunft sehr schön, wir hatten selbst einen Hund dabei, der in dem weitläufigen Garten gut laufen konnte. Die Vermieterin hat nicht im Anwesen gewohnt, war aber täglich ansprechbar.Die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung war gut, lediglich der Kühlschrank hatte nur die Ausmaße, wie man sie in einem Wohnmobil erwarten könnte. Alles andere war sehr schön. Bei heißen Temperaturen blieb es insbesondere im Schlafzimmer immer kühl, was sehr angenehm war. Insgesamt haben wir die Zeit sehr genossen."
