Unfortunately, this was the worst experience I have ever had with a VRBO. Quick background....My wife & I brought our 3 kids (21, 18 and 15) on a trip to Italy. We traveled to Rome, Florence, Pompeii, Amalfi Coast, Messina and Catania. Everything before our stay at this property and after went according to plan and we had a great time. However, with this property things were awful. I only get so many characters so I'll just bullet point it..-House is up on a hill with a ton of steps. Not a huge deal except there are no railings on either side and steps are not standard steps. Instead they are uneven rocks and each step height is inconsistent with the next. This is very dangerous when going up by yourself and scary when carrying luggage (or really anything)-Host was 45 minutes late to our scheduled meet up time. It was a hot day so we had to stand in the heat and wait.-Air conditioner in Master Bedroom blows air but saying it's cold air would be a stretch. This left the house temperature very uncomfortable-House advertised wifi. There was no wifi and for someone that works remotely and needs wifi, this was a big deal-Power went out in the evening while my daughter was running a load of clothesNow Imagine its the evening of the first night. There's no internet, house is hot then the power goes out. I sent a message to the host and no response then another message and no response. We had enough and left. I recommend finding a different home
