Superbe villa dans le lotissement trÚs calme de Capo Di Stelle, à 300 m de la mer, bien située, surplombant la mer et la plage de Fautea. Villa trÚs bien entretenue, trÚs bien équipée, couchage en 160 de qualité, elle est spacieuse, idéale pour 6 personnes. Cerise sur le gùteau bon accueil du propriétaire Tony, personne trÚs sympathique, disponible à tout moment, qui indique les choses essentielles à faire sur l'ßle de beauté et les bonnes adresses. Vraiment un beau séjour !!

Wir hatten tolle Ferien in dem schönen Haus. Tony war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Mit Ubersetzungsapp konnten wir uns gut verstÀndigen und alles hat super funktioniert. Das Haus ist toll gelegen mit schönem Pool.

Modern eingerichtete Villa mit einem unbezahlbarem Blick ĂŒber das Meer! Ab Vormittags bis zum frĂŒhen Abend Sonne auf der Terrasse und am Pool, was FrĂŒhstĂŒck und Abendessen draußen im Schatten ermöglicht. StrĂ€nde sind fußlĂ€ufig zu erreichen. Supermarkt 8 Minuten mit dem Auto. Die Lage in der Ferienhausanlage ist generell zentral. Bis auf ein Restaurant sind AbendaktivitĂ€ten ohne Auto allerdings nicht zu erreichen. Antoine hat sich in jeder Lage um unsere Belange gekĂŒmmert, wir sind sehr zufrieden mit der Zeit, die wir dort hatten.

Nous avons passĂ© deux excellentes semaines chez Tony. Ce qu’il faut retenir : La maison est vraiment bien, mĂȘme mieux que sur l’annonce car des travaux ont Ă©tĂ© faits rĂ©cemment. En effet la chambre du haut est immense maintenant, et tous les ouvrants sont Ă©quipĂ©s de moustiquaires : TOP Tout est trĂšs propre et la maison est richement Ă©quipĂ©e. La piscine et la terrasse sont trĂšs bien sans aucun vis-Ă -vis La vue est magnifique de toute part, et le lotissement est vraiment calme. Seul point moins positif mais le propriĂ©taire n’y est pour rien. Le rĂ©seau mobile n’est pas accessible depuis la maison et ses alentours ; on ne peut compter que sur le Wifi de la maison (pensez Ă  demander le code avant d’arriver 😉). Une foi connectĂ©s Ă  la fibre tout va bien 😊 En rĂ©sumer : nous recommandons Ă  99,9 %, satisfaction garantie !!!

Wir haben 2 sehr schöne Wochen in diesem Haus verbracht und haben uns sehr wohlgefĂŒhlt, v.a. den Pool haben wir sehr genossen. Das Ferienhaus ist gut ausgestattet, alles war sehr sauber. Das Haus ist gut gelegen und ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr viele schöne StrĂ€nde und die Berge. Der Strand von Fautea kann fusslĂ€ufig erreicht werden, hier gibt es auch ein Restaurant, in dem man gut essen oder auch nur etwas trinken kann. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Das Objekt ist sehr schön und ruhig am Hang gelegen. Die Aussicht aus dem oberen Zimmer ist atemberaubend. Der Terrassenbereich mit dem Pool sehr grosszĂŒgig und mit Liegen, Essgelegenheit und Gasgrill toll ausgestattet. Die Ausstattung im Haus ist hervorragend, es fehlt an Nichts - einfach traumhaft! Antoine, der Vermieter, ist sehr fĂŒrsorglich, unheimlich hilfsbereit und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank nochmals, Tony! Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Notre sĂ©jour dans la villa de Tony Ă©tait parfait. La villa est spacieuse, trĂšs bien Ă©quipĂ©e et dans un superbe Ă©tat. La vue Ă  180 degrĂ©s sur la mer depuis la terrasse est exceptionnelle. Cette villa est dans un environnement calme et bien placĂ©e pour dĂ©couvrir de belles plages comme l’intĂ©rieur des terres. Elle dispose d’une superbe piscine sans vis Ă  vis et sĂ©curisĂ©e pour les enfants. Tony nous met a disposition du matĂ©riel de qualitĂ© ( plancha, mobilier de jardin, electro-menager, TV, wifi, etc...) De nombreux commerces et restaurants sont Ă  proximitĂ©. Bref un sĂ©jour qui nous a vraiment donne envie de revenir. Un grand merci Ă  Tony pour son accueil, ses conseils et sa disponibilitĂ© Une adresse Ă  conseiller sans hĂ©sitation

TrĂšs agrĂ©able maison, idĂ©alement situĂ©e Ă  Fautea Ă  20 min de Porto Vecchio La maison est Ă  2 min d’une superbe plage, accessible Ă  pied. Elle offre tout le confort possible (clim, piscine, terrasse avec plancha ), un grand salon et de belles chambres, 2 salles de bain etc... l’intĂ©rieur est moderne et bien entretenue Le quartier est calme ce qui est vraiment apprĂ©ciable Le propriĂ©taire est trĂšs sympathique et vous donnera de bons conseils pour visiter les alentours Vraiment un trĂšs beau sĂ©jour dans une trĂšs belle maison !

Alles uitstekend in orde. Mooie woning, goed zwembad. Iets te luidruchtige airco in slaapkamer. Jammer dat, ondanks dat de advertentie zegt dat service kost een zijn inbegrepen, toch nog betaald moet worden voor bedje goed en schoonmaakkosten. Kwaliteit van de advertentie verbeteren Zou Ik zeggen. Ben.

AprÚs un chaleureux accueil par Toni, nous avons pris possession de la villa. Magnifique vue depuis les terrasses, piscine super, cuisine et intérieur super bien équipé. Bien situé mais véhicule indispensable. A recommander !
