The pool was exactly as pictured online, and well maintained. The property manager John, had great communication, and was willing to address any issues that we might have. I would highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in the Texas Hill Country area."

"Cabin was nice & updated. The property was nice with the pool & in close proximity to all that Concan & river have to offer. Only 4 stars on cleanliness because it seems some small things were missed on cleanup before our checkin, but nothing big & easily wiped down by us. Owners were very nice & attentive. Overall, great stay & would definitely recommend & use in the future."

"We had such a wonderful stay, made even better by the property owners!They were available for questions and when my Uncle arrived first, apparently chatty - he found their company so welcoming. The cabin had a little swing out front that the kids loved. We loved the pool and the commercial kitchen adjoining it - we are thinking birthday celebrations u der the Pavillion next year! "we actually love this spot on the Frio river. We have not been there in sometime and the cabins were the same as they have always been a bit rustic, but very clean and if the cabin was missing some type of kitchen utensil or anything Shannon was quick to get it to you. She does a wonderful job and we loved our stay."

"Frio Family Getaway were excellent hosts! I unknowingly made an error in booking and they went above and beyond in helping to correct it. They were also super responsive to all our needs and questions during our stay. We stayed in the Moon River Home and it was even better than imagined - spacious, clean, and gorgeous. The yard was huge with plenty of parking and lots of backyard activities. The pool was the perfect size for the kids and not too deep. It was great having parking access by the Frio river. All beds were queen sized, with no bunkbeds, which made room assignments even easier than ever. Overall, the entire family had a relaxing weekend, loved the home, and can't wait to return. I highly recommend this home and any Rio Family Getaway rental to anyone."
