FILTHY, FILTHY, FILTHY!!!! Great location but camping would have been better. Refrigerator did work, was replaced with one that stunk. Stairs are unsafe and loose. Turning on the kitchen light made the bedroom light strobe. Outlets not working. NO WIFI. DVD didn't work. No cable or satellite. TV ...

This cabin is located in a privileged spot on the pristine Frio River. All of our communications with Veronica were speedy and incredibly helpful, and she made the check-in process seamless. Great place!

Overall great, but we did have issues with the well water cleanliness and the water pressure. Kelly tried to solve it quickly but it only got worse with time. House is beautiful and very spacious. If the water issue is resolved we would have no problem staying again.
