"This was our first time traveling to float the Frio and we had the best time!! We stayed 4 nights and wished we could have stayed longer! The house was perfect for my family of 4 and pup!! The property was beautifully maintained and the views were tremendous! The heated pool wasn’t heated though, but my kids still braved the cold and swam! It was a short drive to Garner State Park where we hiked the trails and enjoyed the amenities of the park! We can’t wait to go back!!"

"The property had amazing views of the river. Great and easy access as well. The pools were not heated as stated in the description while searching for properties. This was a huge factor in searching for properties, and honestly would have been nice to know before. Half bathroom toilet was constantly running. This needs some attention. Some storage options would be nice as well in the rooms. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place."

"It's a beautiful property that is well laid out. It's close to the river and has easy access for swimming and fishing. The home we stayed in had lots of seating for meals, two refrigerators, and a huge kitchen, so feeding 15 people was a breeze. There is a nice porch with a picnic table and some adirondack chairs from which you can hear the river. Very peaceful. Of course, we were there in December, so off season, but still very nice. The only thing that would make it better would be hand towels in the bathrooms. "
