    River Rock Cabins offers you the old western town feel with gorgeous views of Mt. Baldy, steps away from the Frio River (Mager's crossing. All rentals have Wifi, DirecTv, fully stocked kitchens, fire pit, and a charcoal BBQ pit.

    2 bedrooms / 2 bathrooms
    Off-peak (Labor Day to Memorial Day) $170/night.
    Spring Break $215/night
    Peak (Memorial Day to Labor Day) $320/night.
    There is a Resort Fee charge per stay, this includes your linen and cleaning fee and will be added to your total reservation cost when reserving through AirBnB.

    River Rock Cabin #1 and #2 are identical.
    * Bedroom #1 - king-size bed (private bathroom).
    * Bedroom #2 - queen on queen bunk beds, 2 twin size roll a way beds.
    * Full size bathroom off the living area.
    * Kitchen stocked with all items needed to cook a meal (no food or spices).
    * Dining/living area combined and a dining table to sit 6-8.
    * 50″ TV connected to DirectTV and internet access.
    * Fiber Optic Wifi available
    * Outside you have your own private BBQ pit, firepit and picnic table.

    * We have provided a starter pack of supplies for your stay that includes 1 roll of paper towels, coffee filters, dish soap, hand soap, 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and trash bags. All beds have comforters, pillows, and mattress pads. Due to time constraints and without changing our check in and check out times, all linens (sheets / towels) will be placed on appropriate beds.
    * Cell service is not great; AT&T & T-Mobile seem to be some of the only phone carriers that have service.

    * Check-in is at 3:00 pm. The cabin has a keyless entry system to make it easy for your arrival. Checkout is at 11:00 am. You do not need to check in or out at an office. You will receive your arrival instructions with your access code about a week before check-in.
    * River access – You can access the river at Magers Crossing, just a short 1–2 minute walk away.

River Rock Cabin

We stayed in Concan while we dove hunted in Uvalde. Cabin was just as expected. Short walk to the river. We plan to dove hunt in Uvalde again next year and will try to stay at the same cabin. We had a great experience.

Frio stay

We had an amazing stay. The space to access the river was beautiful. When the Frio was “too cold” we played in the heated pool. The cabin had just about everything. I normally can’t sleep when I travel but I slept so well. Couldn’t have asked for more!!

The place is wonderful. This is the second time we’ve stayed there. The proximity to the Frio river is great. We went to Uvalde to Dove Hunt and drove the 30 minutes to stay at the cabin because we enjoyed it so much.
