"The staff was really inviting. The bartender we had last night I wish I could remember her name. She was amazing! We had drinks & snacks before the game & came back & had them again. Bar specials were perfect pricing. The rooms were clean & nice. The valet parking was very appreciative! Had a great time! "

"It was only for one night , i was not sure about staying here cause the photos looked like an old hotel inside but the place inside was amazing the room was great. No complaints about the hotel just that breakfast ends too early at 9am. And finally, yes i will go back soon."

"The room was clean, the breakfast was simple, but good, and the staff was very friendly. The hotel location has a wonderful parking garage to keep your car and it is great walking distance from many amenities downtown. We are therefore a cheerleading competition and had a great accessibility to Charlotte convention center, which was a plus that we did not have to drive our car and deal with the parking garage traffic we enjoyed our stay and we’ll stay here again "
