"This property is above their cafe and my room 5 was directly above the ventilation fans - so you hear them loudly throughout your stay (no mention when booking of “bring earplugs”) Despite being mid December, the radiator in my room was not producing heat - perhaps the staff wear outdoor coats when ‘preparing’ the room. "Absolutely loved our stay. The staff are so helpful and looked after us so well. Especially the lovely lady who looked after us each morning at breakfast. We were sad saying goodbye to her on our last morning. We loved our room and treated ourselves to room service one of the nights and that was top marks. We ate in the bar another night and down in the Cottage too, couldn’t fault any of them. The only thing that could have improved our stay was the temperature of the pool. Okay for us adults but found it was too cold for our toddler. "
