"Our stay in Waco was exactly what we wanted. We were there to go to Magnolia and their Silobration. It was a 12 minute drive with easy access. The house was clean, easy to deal with and exactly as listed. If we come back to Waco we will stay here again. "

"The building was very clean and the staff were super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but i have no complaints. The only neutral/negative (not very negative at that) would be that i wished there was a tv guide since the remotes didn't have a channel list option, but we barely had time to watch tv anyway so totally not a big deal if you are staying and have plenty of activities planned like we did. Overall this was a great stay and we are super happy with the hotel!!"

"We loved staying at the German Schmear house! The house is beautiful and it was great to see some of Chip and Joanna's touches still there! We really enjoyed the opportunity to stay in a "fixer upper" house.Every communication with Jeffrey was seamless and he always responded to our questions timely.The house was close to many places we wanted to visit and there were several stores nearby for anything that we needed.Our only issue (no fault of the owners) was with the neighbor directly across the street who would sit in his car and play loud music. It was a little off putting but we made the best of it. "
