Central apartment with three bedrooms and a spacious garage parking space. It is located in a quiet area, very close to the town centre with shops and nightlife, and just under a ten minute walk from Los Bateles beach. Ideal for big families or a group of friends.

This apartment has a large and bright lounge diner, bedroom with a double bed and two bedrooms with single beds, bathroom with shower and a fully equippd kitchen.

LOCATION

Holiday rentals are as much in demand in Conil year round as in the main holiday season, which is from May to October when the town´s population swells, and visitors enjoy the mild climate as well as the lively atmosphere on the streets.

From this location you can walk to beaches such as Los Bateles or Fontanilla, or take a short drive to the infinite and still natural beach of El Palmar, the famous coves (Roche, Poniente, del Aceite, Puntalejo, etc.)
There is a great choice of eating places in the area, and in the evenings the streets are full of terraces and bars, or you can watch the sunset from one of the beach bars. You can visit the local monuments or other towns in the province of Cádiz. There is so much to do you are sure to need to make a return visit to fit everything in.
