Holiday Home Fragata is located in a quiet and well-situated area, just a few minutes' walk from La Fontanilla beach and the historic center of Conil de la Frontera. This modern two-story villa, ideal for families, accommodates 8 people and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room, equipped kitchen, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and 2 televisions. Its main highlight is the outdoor area, which includes a terrace, barbecue, renovated pool, and rooftop solarium with panoramic views. You are close to shops, restaurants, and bars, making it a perfect choice for a comfortable and relaxing holiday.



Parking is available on the property. Bed linen is included. Parties are not allowed. Please note that groups of young people are not permitted. You are asked to respect the property and the neighbors' quiet hours.
