"Shower temperature hot and cold Eggs from buffet nearly put me off the idea of food. But that was cold in minutes any way"

"Biscuits and room service menu were not in the room when we arrived. This was corrected and we were offered a free breakfast. I didn't find the beds particularly comfortable despite the blurb about them and the pillows were rock hard. The maid was rude when we said we weren't ready for her to clean the room. The restaurant menu was limited. It is not a cheap hotel but it seems that price is based on the location more than the facilities. "
