I was visiting Statesville due to a family medical situation and this host just made my stay stress-free . "Our family truly enjoyed our stay at this house. It is a quiet waterfront location, but also near retail, restaurants and grocery store. Property manager was very responsive and communication was great. House and amenities were as advertised and things were clean and ready for our stay. We enjoyed swimming, kayaking, and paddleboarding in the lake and caught multiple types of fish too. All in all, a great trip!"

"A lot of thought went into the renovation of this little house which used to be a neighborhood store. The surrounding area was a quiet residential area in a small town, very close to the interstate to Lincolnton, and Asheville area. I'd rent this place again."
