"We overslept after a terrible night and woke up at 11:30 AM, just 30 minutes before the noon checkout time. We called the front desk, explained the situation, and politely asked for an extra 15–20 minutes to get ready and leave. The young woman at the front desk flatly refused and insisted there was no way she could accommodate us. We understand that hotels have checkout policies, but this was a small request. The complete lack of flexibility and empathy was disappointing. That is not how guests should be treated."

"Staying here felt like stepping into history. The whole monastery is full of art and beautiful architecture, with old wooden doors, hallways and a layout that feels like a small castle. Super quiet and relaxing and on a sunny day the property looks incredible. Staff were friendly and spoke English too, which made things easy. Highly recommend if you want something historic and different"
