"The property is beautiful and the staff was friendly, knowledgeable and works hard to please. Our room was clean and nicely furnished with a large bathroom and modern fixtures. The views were spectacular and we enjoyed watching them change as the sun set into night. We had a couple steaks with different side dishes and everything was fresh and flavorful. We chose to tip the kitchen staff to prepare our food for us but the option to cook yourself is available. It was a great, relaxing, pampered experience. Gracias!! We plan to return regularly. 😎🇩🇴🙏"

"Pésimo servicio del personal. El trato en recepción fue grosero e incluso recibimos gritos al reclamar un error en la asignación de nuestra habitación. Un hotel que presume de estrellas pero no cumple con lo básico en atención. Una decepción total. Desayuno escasa"

My new happy place is the swing on the deck overlooking the mountains.The place was clean, the property manager was kind and helpful, and the location cannot be beat. Hoping this place is available on our next visit to Constanza. "
