"As someone who spends over 130 nights a year in hotels rooms & consistently traveling....I'd like to think I know a thing about hospitality & Allamanda was just that ---truly exceptional hospitality that bring nothing but ease to the traveler. I hosted 9 of my friends & we had an absolutely amazing stay. We were out and about the island a lot during our stay with the provided driver that worked on our schedule. We came 'home' everyday feeling truly like HOME thanks to the house manager & the entire Allamanda staff that were accommodating to our every request throughout our entire stay. I was planning our stay around my birthday celebration and communicated with the hosts ahead of time & they communicated swiftly and accurately to exactly how the listing describes. We felt very safe in the gated property and we were perfectly central to all the attractions along the north coast so that we were able to easily do trips to Ocho Rios, Mobay & Negril. The villa was spotless, I very much appreciated the included laundress, and the small touches the staff put for my enjoyment. The chef was also very delightful & was able to make me a birthday cake in 24 hours & lastly the grounds were meticulously upkept by the ever smiling and delightful gardener on site. As a travel planner & youtube travel creator, If I was considering a villa central to Mobay that was spacious, clean and solved the typical travel headaches (finding driver, finding food, feeling safe etc) Allmanda would be it!"

"I was very impressed with the humility, friendliness and the unique quality of the staff going above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. My initial encounter with the shuttle driver, Robert, from the airport which is only 17 mins in heavy traffic; to my first encounter with Peter, the guest house' owner, as well as Tianna, guest house keeper and Wayne, the maintenance worker, gave me the full assurance that I had made the right choice. This guest house is a hidden gem as it is not visible from the street. I savored very moment of my stay from July 25th - 28th! The cleanliness of the rooms and entire property; delicious breakfast; with additional treats of coconut water and sugar cane, which filled me up for the entire day as well as the breath-taking view of the ocean and the cool breeze; and the joy of watching the spectacular sunrise, were enough to make me tell others about this hidden gem and my desire to visit again. Thank you so much for this awesome experience. Multiplied blessings!! Keep up the great service you offer to your guests!! Thank you!!"

"This property is a hidden jewel on Jamaica. We loved being there. Richie keeps the property well maintained, clean and beautiful. He made us feel safe and welcomed. He also showed as some special places close by and shared lots of his fishing techniques. Thank you so much for your hospitality. A special place on the island to get to know the real Jamaica.The road to get there is adventurous but worth every moment that we spent at the coral cottage. We would choose this place again without any doubt."

"I give Windfall Villa a two thumbs up. The ocean views is gorgeous, the outdoor patio is nice and comfortable, the only thing missing is a hammock, the house is a pleasant home away from home. Mel and Marsha are excellent host and chaperones, Marsha is very knowledgeable about her city Montego Bay. Mel made us feel very welcome and the restaurants they took us to was A.. If you are looking for a nice quiet, private getaway Windfall Villa is the place to go."

"This was our second trip to Jamaica, and we specifically wanted to stay away from Montego Bay and Negril—this home was the perfect choice. It ended up being one of the best vacations we’ve had as a family. The owner was extremely helpful and responsive throughout the entire process, which made planning very easy. The staff truly made the experience special. Our driver, Howard, picked us up from the airport and we ended up booking him for several local trips—he was outstanding and made getting around effortless. Nathalee, the main housekeeper and chef, was fantastic. She and the team arrived every morning at 8am to prepare breakfast and stayed through the evening, taking great care of everything. The service was warm, consistent, and made the stay feel completely stress-free. The views from the house are absolutely beautiful, and the setting is incredibly relaxing. Overall, it was a perfect getaway for our entire family, and we would highly recommend it."
