"Absolutely wonderful stay. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful with each point of contact. Check in/out, dining, house keeping, maintenance. All were professional and helpful with everything. Our family stayed 4 days and the amnesties were great for all ages. Location was perfect. Only bummer was we had a garden view room and it appeared as if at one time a sprinkler had broke and sprayed the sliding glass door. It was so dirty we could not enjoy the beautiful view which was remedied by opening the door so not a huge loss. Let house keeping and front desk know. "

"Great spacious suite like having our own apartment. Pool and hot tub area was really nice. Included breakfast was one of the nicest I’ve ever had at a hotel. Within walking distance to the old town shopping area. Would definitely stay again!"

"Everything within a 15 min walk. Perfect location. I was able to check in super early and even do a late check out. Pool was nice and clean but cold. Restaurant/bar in site doesn't open till evening. "

"Didn’t know that your hotel was going through a remodel so I believe 2/3 of the hotel was closed but parking lot full of stuff from the rooms and front desk was removed restaurants everything that’s gone, but I heard that Hyatt now has it so they’ll turn it all around "

"Really lovely stay at this hotel, got checked in and parked up super quickly and within 10 mins was at the gorgeous roof top pool! The bar staff were lovely and efficient, working so hard in the heat to deliver to the sunbed. The rooms were spotlessly clean and stylish. Would not hesitate to return if I am ever (hopefully) in Phoenix again!!! Thank you"
