"Due to only booking one night and the hotel overbooking they changed my reservation to a different room. I had 4 people staying and booked 2 queen beds to accommodate us. Upon arrival we were given 1 king bed with a pull out couch. The staff initially stated that’s what they could see I booked on their end and tried blaming it on Expedia. They said there was nothing they could do and to contact Expedia. Later into the stay a different staff member stated they could see our reservation was for 2 queen beds and additionally stated that we got our room switched because they overbooked and since we were only staying for one night. Very unprofessional lying to guests, not great customer service. Overall would not stay here again. Was made to feel like I did something wrong and was stupid. "

"It was a nasty place! We did not stay there. So old and run down. Had a bad smell in the lobby when we arrived and the room was even worse...we went in for about 5 mins and all had headaches starting from the smell. I tried to call the property many times and the phone would just continue to ring with no answer! I would like to try and get my money back if possible. Please let me know what to do."

"Room was clean and well maintained. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location was great, but the parking situation was not. No street parking available, so we had to pay $30 to park in the hotel lot. Be aware."
