Vacation Paradise in Old Town Scottsdale!

Stay entertained in this amazing vacation home in Old Town Scottsdale located just minutes away from famous shopping, restaurants, and night life! If you want to stay in you have everything you need in this house with sparkling pool, putting green, fire pit, BBQ, arcade games, and so much more. The home was just completely remodeled inside and out with no expense spared creating the perfect vacation getaway. Bring all your friends and family to enjoy this Vacation Paradise!

The space
The home was just completely remodeled and is set up for all your vacation needs. There are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in the main house with an additional bedroom located in the back yard next to the pool. The garage has been converted into a hip game room for entertaining. The kitchen has been fully stocked for all your at home cooking needs with kitchen island and dining table that seats 6. Smart TV's located in the living room, master bedroom, and one of the guests bedrooms. Backyard is totally set up for you with sparkling pool, fire pit, BBQ, putting green, sun loungers, and couch seating.

Sleeping arrangements:

Master bedroom has king sized bed with attached bathroom.
Guest bedroom #1 has queen sized bed.
Guest bedroom #2 has queen sixed bed.
Guest bedroom #3 has bunkbed with 2 queen sized and a twin bed. Also has pull out couch.
Pool house bedroom has queen sized bed.

Guest access
Guests have access to the entire home.

No unregistered guests are allowed at the property without consent of the hosts. The amount of people you book for is the amount of people allowed at the home.


Must be 25 years of age to rent home and ID may be required.

Outdoor Quiet Hours are 10 PM Nightly and strictly enforced as this is a city ordinance.

Great Stay

Attended a fraternity conference. The home was a great place for us to stay. The bedrooms were great as well as the kitchen and living room. The backyard was a nice area as well. It is close to a park which we used to get some exercise in I would use again.

Amazing bachelorette

We really enjoyed everything that this home had to offer. The pool was amazing, the host was responsive. On the arrival day it looked like the previous guests did not bring the trash to the curb on the correct day and when we reached the owner, they immediately took care of it. The home was absolutely perfect for our weekend and very clean. The area was awesome and nearly everything we needed was available to us.

Such a great property for friends to stay at! Short uber to olds town Scottsdale. Great pool with lots of yard games available! AC was fantastic for the hot weather. Would stay here again!

Good house, few things didn’t work as expected, but the property manager was able to help quickly. Could have been cleaner, but wasn’t too bad. Also could use more mirrors for getting ready and hopefully they fixed the fridge because it didn’t work very well

When arriving at the house, I was impressed with the cleanliness. My family enjoyed the stay and we all had a great time. The only drawback was the pool was FREEZING, other than that great time.

We had an amazing stay here and would return during the summer where i would be able to maximize the amenities (pool and room on the side was such a tease lol). It was rather chilly during our stay so having the firepit area was right on time! The game room was also a bonus

Family Vacation

We had a group of 12 family members stay at this property. There was plenty of room for everyone and the backyard was a great area to hang out and relax. Each room also has its own individual AC unit on top of the central AC so you can keep your room as cool as you’d like. The pool is not heated so it might be cold if you are going in the cooler months like us. The putting green is also meh and not in great condition but we didn’t really care about that. Overall, it was a great trip and it is a great house to occupy for larger groups.

We had a great time at this property. The backyard is fanatic. We grilled, played lawn games, jumped in the refreshing pool, and hung out in the lounge chairs. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner. I would recommend this place.

Bachelorette Party

Perfect house for a bachelorette party! Neighborhood was super close to everything and felt safe the entire time. There are quiet hours, but that was never an issue for us. Pool is not heated, but not necessary with the heat. Bathroom countertop space is very limited, but the bedrooms have alternative space. Mattresses were surprisingly very comfortable. Wifi worked great. Communication with the property owner was fast. Would definitely rent this house or their other properties again!

0 Stars - Money Grabbing Unresponsive Host

I booked this property for a funeral scheduled 4 weeks out, but within 12 hours, I realized the dates were off by 2 days while filling out their creepy insurance form asking for names and ages of people staying in each bed. I reached out immediately via email and phone, hoping the host would work with me to adjust the dates or cancel the reservation, as the property was advertised as no refund.Sadly, the host ignored my attempts to communicate for 5 days. When they finally responded, it was a vague message with no helpful information. Despite my follow-up, I received no further clarification. Ultimately, my family had to find another place, as the funeral couldn’t be rescheduled. The host charged me full price, plus hidden fees not listed in the advertisement.After the reservation passed, I reached out to inform the host I would be leaving a bad review, and they apologized, saying they would have refunded me but it was too late.I’ve used VRBO for over 15 years with positive experiences, but this was incredibly disappointing. I feel it’s important to share this experience for anyone considering this property or host.
