"With so many options, your decision is in the details. It’s a good place to stay for the price. Issues: blackout curtains in our room did not cover the windows completely. As soon as the sun was up so I was I. The AC was not working properly the first night but they did promptly fix it. Not enough hooks in the bathroom for damp towels. A room with 2 queen beds needs more towels and places to hang them. Overall it was a fine place to stay. Beds were comfortable."

"Excellent staff, helpful, top notch service! Quiet location. Hair tie under cabinet in bathroom; hall carpet requires Cleaning or replacement. Swimming pool was well maintained; the Fitness room could’ve used more lighter hand weights, and a TV. The Fitness room elliptical was fantastic. If you’re staying there for the Mayo Clinic, make sure your appointment is not at the Phoenix Mayo Clinic location."
