"I would have given 5 stars, except: At time of reservation, which was many weeks in advance, I specifically requested not to be placed on the first floor. I got a “noted” response from Embassy Suites. When I went to check in, guess where our room was going to be? You guessed it, first floor! "We ran out of toilet paper twice in a 6 night stay. We had to ask for towels as they took towels but didn’t replace them. I have allergies and the pillows and comforter had feathers, I had to ask for different pillows but the bedding I just left. "
