"We had a lovely stay, but found it hard to "figure out" the rhythm of the place. Every time I asked a staff member a question, there was never a confident answer. They were timid and unsure...but very friendly! "

"Beautiful home in a great residential area. Master bed was comfortable. Random large stain on living room rug. Kitchen was nice but cookware was very aged and in bad shape. Biggest problem. Rented this property for heated pool (early March). First night pool was heated but next morning pool temp dropped 15 degrees and heat pump went into AC mode. Contacted property management immediately but no one showed up until the next day despite being told they were en route day of. Maintenance man arrived, not a pool guy. He reset and told us it was “due to the night air temps”. At this point the pool was down to 60 degrees and never fully reheated during our stay. Neighbors unheated pool temp was 71. Being refunded pool heating was expected but the experience as a whole did alter our vacation plans and add much unnecessary frustration. "
