"Room was very clean and attractively furnished. Slept well. Always appreciate USB port on lamps! Staff very good. We checked in around 8PM and on weeknights most restaurants are closed early, even when closing time in Google search was 9PM (JP Bistro, six eleven)"

"Staff was awesome, the room was very clean and smelled good. Parking was close to room, and neighborhood was quiet at night. The only downfall to this room was the mattress was very uncomfortable (hard) "

"Our room was comfortable, the second floor was quiet. The ice machine worked, the vending machine worked. Housekeeping staff were respectful. Grounds were maintained and desk staff were efficient and friendly. Will definitely stay here again. "

"We really enjoyed our stay in Martinez, and the unit was completely stocked with everything we needed. The host was communicative and gave us plenty of information to access the property with ease. Our only issue was that we could hear a lot of what the hosts were doing, including their children, and constant walking above us. We understand this is a unit attached to a house, but the listing noted total privacy and called it an apartment, which technically it is, but we’d consider it more of an in-law suite. The daytime noise paired with the strict quiet hours made it a bit restrictive for us (an adult couple), but we would still consider it a five star stay given the small town and the centrality. "

"Downtown Martinez is fun at night, but the location of this RV is awful. A lot of shady folks out and about, the lot is shared with a run down auto shop. Also, I was not familiar with TV camping. Is the water drinkable (still not sure), use of shower required preheating for 20-30 minutes, turning on the pump, how to use the heating /air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, etc. The landlord really should have a manual for the visit, would have made the visit much better.The key pad door lock is super finicky, resulting in me being was locked out for over an hour. "
