"Room was clean and on the surface modern and updated. However, the tub did not drain properly, so for a shower you will be standing in a few inches of water. Also, one sink drain was broken. If you are on a work trip before because the internet was awful. It is through a "Hotspot" and disconnected constantly. It made working exceptionally difficult. The Television also reboots itself regularly. They need to update that to attract more work travelers. Parking was awesome, right in front of room. Pool is in an awkward place to use it. It is out front right on the street. I found the noise level to be fairly minimal, so sleep was easy and bed was comfortable."

"This place was a great find for me and my dogs. We were in a bind and needed a place to stay while our home was being renovated. The yard was the selling point, which was lovely. The unit, itself, was well equipped with a full kitchen and washer and dryer. The only downside is that it's in a neighborhood with very few sidewalks, so it's hard to walk dogs safely, No real complaints, but as a former Superhost on Airbnb, here are some suggestions to make the place even better:1) get carpets cleaned or replaced; if you replace it, don't get beige carpet (hard to keep clean)2) have shampoo, conditioner, lotion for short-term guests, which is standard at most hotels3) have more than 3 pillows for the bed4) have more than one set of towels5) since you have a dishwasher, have dishwasher detergent available 6) since you have a coffee maker, have coffee supplies available Thanks again for a great stay! We really appreciated your help during a difficult transition time. Would strongly recommend to others."

"The place is aptly named, cozy. I went with a specific purpose for 3 days, & it was a wonderful experience. Directions were perfect as well as what to do upon arrival & departure. Unfortunately for me with communication, I'm not that great with electronics & it was my 1st time with Verbo. I was clumbsy with the process. Now that I know how it works, I think I will feel better next time about how making reservations. I didn't need the wifi much as I did no internet work. The wifi was weak the days I was there which meant no opening emails, pictures or videos, but texting worked. I could live with that. The restaurants were wonderful as well as the weather, much cooler than where I live, and the water front was so nice for a walk. The Cozy Cottage is right at the edge of the popular place to be, First Street. Great & safe location which was important to me."

"The owners live on the property in a separate home, and they are the most beautiful, creative human beings. They have created such a warm, welcoming, amazing space for others to enjoy. This is such a magical place, and we loved it so much! From the moment you step onto the porch, you feel like you've been transported to somewhere new and exciting. It's not just the decor, it's the energy of the space.If you're NOT a welcoming to ALL, open-minded, and down to earth person, this place is NOT FOR YOU!However, if you love life, welcome ALL without judgement, and appreciate people and places with character, this space is exactly what you're looking for. We kept discovering so many beautiful eccentric details throughout the house. There's so many layers to this home and each one will leave you a little more in awe.A week later, my friends and I are still talking about our stay. It truly was a magical experience.If you stay here, be sure to tell Bernie Nikki & Friends say hello!"

"We were staying in the area for a celebration of life and the apartment was a perfect location for us. It was three minutes to our friends house and about the same downtown, which was so nice. There’s a lovely Sunday market in Martinez and so many fun places to visit. Covered parking is a bonus."
