The room was clean the kids loved the pool and hot tub, and the breakfast was delicious, with eggs, sausage, gravy, danishes, yogurt, cereal, and fruit. 10/10 would stay again. "

"Downtown Martinez is fun at night, but the location of this RV is awful. A lot of shady folks out and about, the lot is shared with a run down auto shop. Also, I was not familiar with TV camping. Is the water drinkable (still not sure), use of shower required preheating for 20-30 minutes, turning on the pump, how to use the heating /air conditioning, Bluetooth speakers, etc. The landlord really should have a manual for the visit, would have made the visit much better.The key pad door lock is super finicky, resulting in me being was locked out for over an hour. "
