  • Welcome to Northview Chalet, a nautical themed chalet in a peaceful Conway neighborhood. The home is bright and open with a vaulted ceiling in the main living area. Enjoy central air, a remote control gas fireplace, and customizable LED accent lighting controlled by an iPad. The unfinished basement features a game room, and outside you can relax in the hot tub after exploring the Mount Washington Valley.

    Welcome to Northview Chalet, a nautical themed chalet style retreat located in a peaceful Conway neighborhood. The home is filled with natural light and offers an open, airy layout that feels both warm and refreshing. The vaulted ceiling in the main living area enhances the sense of space and creates a relaxing atmosphere the moment you walk in.

    The living room features a remote control gas fireplace that provides the perfect setting for cozy winter evenings. Guests can also enjoy full climate comfort with central air conditioning throughout the home. An iPad in the kitchen allows you to control the LED accent lighting, giving the space a customizable and modern touch.

    Downstairs, you will find a game room located in the unfinished basement. It is a great spot for family fun and rainy day entertainment. Outside, unwind in the hot tub and take in the quiet surroundings after a long day of exploring the Mount Washington Valley.

    Northview Chalet is located in Conway, New Hampshire, close to outdoor adventures, dining, and shopping. The property is professionally managed by Birch Hospitality to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay from start to finish.

    The 4th bedroom with the bunks is located in the basement. The basement is unfinished, please see the pictures of the basement to see how it looks.
    Our rules are pretty simple. Treat our home as if it was yours.
    - Guest making the reservation must be over 25. All guests must be over 25 if not part of a family. This is non negotiable. Please do not book if everyone in your group is not 25+ years old.
    - No smoking in the house
    - The number of guests requested on the booking is the max amount allowed to spend the night.
    - A rental agreement may be provided with more specific rules and information.
    - Quiet time is from 10pm-7am (inside and outside of the house)
    - NO loud music or noise will be tolerated
    - Respect the neighbors
    - Events need approval first

This Northview Chalet was better than we expected!! It is a new build, and massive kudos to the hosts for not skimping out on any details. From the beautiful decor, amount of rooms, perfect layout, great details like heated floors, fireplaces, large hot tub - we loved everything! Being a pet-friendly home was by far the biggest draw for us, and the location is nice and secluded that the dogs could enjoy being outside and they weren't bothering anyone. In regard to location, as much as it seems away from everything, it's about 15 minutes from downtown North Conway! It's such a perfect escape but with the ease of being very close by to so many fun restaurants, shopping and activities.Lastly, the host Jeremiah was wonderful with communication. Any questions I asked even prior to booking were answered quickly. Communication was great leading up to check in, and responsive to any questions that came up while we were there. Wonderful place, highly recommend for anyone to stay here, and we hope to visit again!
