"All staff was courteous and helpful except for the man that supposedly checked us in on the morning of our arrival. the breakfast was disappointing since all the eggs and meat and protein was at a cost and the breads and cereals were of course included.yes the rooms were clean and the staff was helpful but compared to our stay at Rarotonga resort and lagoonarium, I was disappointed. I should have researched more thoroughly before I booked the stay."

"For five nights I enjoyed my well appointed suite, which had facilities for laundry, cooking, outdoor bbq, and patio. The outdoor patio had covered areas which were great during the occasional rains. There was an inside shower and an outdoor soaking tub. Many sliding doors with screens allowed cross ventilation, and it all could be closed at night for cooling with the mini split. The outdoor pool area also had two smaller hot tubs. Though there was a breakfast area in the common area, breakfast was by prearrangement, and I did not take advantage of that. Spa services were available, and a bicycle was also available for hire. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. Though the villas are not on the main island tourist bus route, it is about a 1km walk to one of the main intersections. The Saturday market is about a 24 minute walk. To trader jacks, 27 minutes. I would definitely stay here again. "

"The house was so comfortable and has a lovely peaceful vibe. No neighbours, view of the beach, huge deck where we spent all of our time, Comfy sofas inside with really nice decor - furniture and paintings etc. Aesthetics were great. Really comfortable beds and nice linen. We didn't need 5 star - it's a house not a flash resort but it had everything that we were looking for. The important things. Comfort, peace, tranquillity, views, beach and easy on the eye. Great cafe just down the road to the left 1 min drive - amazing food and coffee. 5 min drive to the right is the fish and chip van which had the best fish I have ever tasted and great salad too. This was the best holiday accommodation I have experienced and as soon as I can I will be back. This is the first review I have ever written!"

"Home away from home, lovely and clean atmosphere came here with my adult kids and they loved it, we also have a 3 year old grand son in tow and it’s been perfect. Very accomodating would highly recommend this as your next host for accomodation "
