Five stars – A perfect stay, every time Everything at Ann’s B&B is always just right. The place is spotless, beautifully maintained, and clearly cared for with real attention to detail. You can tell that Ann takes great pride in what she does — from the little touches in the rooms to the warm welcome on arrival. Ann really goes that extra mile to make guests feel comfortable and at home. Whether it’s offering local tips, adjusting breakfast to your preferences, or simply checking in with genuine care, she’s always one step ahead. I stay at Ann’s B&B every month now for work and will continue to do so. Working away from home isn’t always the most pleasant experience, but Ann makes it so much easier. She’s warm, welcoming, and friendly, and nothing is ever too much trouble. The house is immaculately clean, and breakfast always sets you up well for the day. I honestly can’t recommend this place highly enough – it’s a real home away from home.

A gem in the countryside.

Was in the Cookstown area to see a live band. This B&B was only 10 minutes away and much cheaper than town centre properties. A lovely home, warm, comfy with a great breakfast. Will stay there again.

amazingly big room as well as spacey bathroom with a tub. Comfortable matress, easy parking. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious. The surroundings are so green and quiet. Cookstown is only a few miles away with a supermarket snd a few shops.

Absolutely blown away by my stay at Manor View B&B – this place is an absolute gem! From the moment I arrived, the experience was nothing short of exceptional. The host is truly amazing – warm, welcoming, and incredibly attentive. You really feel looked after, with every little detail taken care of. The rooms are spotless – immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The bed was a dream to sleep in, and the room had everything I could possibly need for a relaxing and productive stay, including a desk, great Wi-Fi, and even thoughtful little touches like tea/coffee and biscuits, toiletries, and fresh towels. Breakfast was a real highlight – delicious, hearty, and tailored to your preferences. On this occasion i needed to depart early so she made me a take away breakfast. So thoughtful and kind. Whether you’re rushing out for work or enjoying a slower start, the host goes above and beyond to make sure you’re well-fed and ready for the day. The location is perfect – peaceful, with lovely views, yet easily accessible and ideal for work trips. There’s ample parking, and everything runs smoothly from check-in to check-out. I genuinely can’t recommend Manor View B&B enough. It’s a real home away from home, and I’ll definitely be using it for all my future work trips. A true five-star experience in every way!

From I arrived I was made to feel very welcome. The room was spacious, very comfortable and spotless, very clean indeed. A big shout out to the shower in the en suite, red hot and so powerful! Lastly I’d like to say a big thanks for having me and going out of the way to provide me with a very early breakfast.

Situated in the countryside, the B&B offers a very comfortable stay overnight in a well-kept, en-suite room. Excellent breakfast and a nice, drawing room. As there is no shop/restaurant within walking distances, car is a must.

Excellent stay, faultless

We travelled as a family of 3 for a wedding. Lovely lovely stay in Manorview. Anne the host was friendly and so welcoming. We arrived early due to our flights and we checked in early. Excellent rooms and the showers were fantastic! Lovely bathrooms and so much choice for breakfast. Will definitely stay again when visiting relatives in the area. Thank you. A special mention and thank you for the lift to the hotel Reception at a nearby hotel from Anne - who went over and above to make us welcome Lovely sitting room area also
