Beautiful, charming, and light-filled room. Exceptionally clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful. An excellent location, within walking distance of the town centre and public transport. Overall, an absolutely 5-star stay. Thank you for a marvellous experience!

9/10 Wonderful! (531 reviews)
The staff were very friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The rooms were comfortable and well cleaned. However, the hotel could be better maintained. There was construction work on our floor, which made the area quite dirty, and drinking water was not replenished. Breakfast was disappointing, both in quality and organization. Overall, a good hotel with room for improvement.

"It's not the maintenance that's particularly a problem. The basic building is no good, and the service helpful but clueless. Breakfast was fine. Needs committed skilful management."
