"Parking is very tight but free. Dated property. A but musty but Clean room. Go somewhere else for Bar and cocktails. No quiet relax room at spa; instead, a lobby with chairs. Excellent housekeeping and one male front desk person who is top notch customer service professional. Sunday brunch wasn’t bad for the price. "

"A genuinely beautiful property. Quiet, very comfortable, beautiful, well equipped and very peaceful…so much so that we never left the property during our entire stay! "The cottage is centrally located in Berkeley Springs and was otherwise very comfortable—warm, well equipped with a full kitchen and snacks, and a comfortable bed. During our three-night stay, the main issue was limited hot water, with only about five minutes available at a time, which made showering difficult. The host was responsive, but the hot water limitation did impact the experience."
