The Top of the Pines is two bedroom, one bathroom home with a recently installed water filtration system.

It offers a Large Backyard with a Gas Grill, an Outside Deck, Central A/C, Cable TV, high speed fiber Wireless Internet, a landline Phone and Off-Street Parking.

The Top of the Pines is only six miles to Cooperstown, and less than 10 miles to the Cooperstown Dreams Park.
