Enjoy the beauty and quiet of this very private location. There is open lawn space to play catch and enjoy the summer sun, or shaded areas great to catch up on that book you brought along. An inviting open front deck graces the entry. This well appointed home is convenient to all youth baseball tournament locations. It is less than 15 minutes to the Dreams Park and less than 20 minutes to Oneonta tournaments.

Pleasant Valley Pines has an inviting open floor plan with an easy flow from the living area to the kitchen and dining areas. There is enough room to spread out if you need a little space from the group. A vaulted ceiling finished with pine boards adds dramatic flair to the living area.
