This terrific home has easy access from the upper driveway with just a few steps to enter the main level. Once inside there are 3 bedrooms and 2 baths on the main level. Perfect for anyone in your group with mobility issues. A King bed primary bedroom with en-suite bath and direct access to the deck overlooking the valley to one side of the home. On the other end, you will find two well appointed Queen bedrooms flanking a shared bath off the hallway with large glass framed shower. In the middle of the main level is a spacious, open concept, living, dining and kitchen area with large SmartTV. Down the stairs, with unique accent wall, you will find a great family suite. A large bedroom with lounge area and SmartTV, and a Queen and Twin bed. Need a little break from the chaos, retreat to this lower level and find some quiet, while still enjoying valley views. On the lower level is a full bathroom with shower and stackable laundry.
Outside at Quail Cottage there is a great uncovered deck that stays nicely shaded for much of the day. This deck wraps around to the side of the home where you can catch some afternoon sun and enjoy the view and nature.
