Absolutely loved our stay, from entering the hotel to checking out. All the the staff were extremely welcoming, nothing was too much trouble. Room was spotless. Will definitely return.

Walking into the hotel felt like you were transported to somewhere different— the vibe was so fun. The hotel room was so cozy and perfect. The staff was also very friendly. Every corner was so artful and beautiful— definitely will want to stay here again in the future

All good in this hotel. It dropped a few stars due to issues with things not working or advertised benefits nor being available but otherwise it was a good stay. Be aware that the Expedia rating and images may not match what you get as we booked a superior room which ended up looking nothing like what we got as we ended up on the 3rd floor in room 374 which had a slantes wall which took up a bit of floor space. The bar, restaurant and chill out rooms were decent as we don't usually use these but did this time. Hotel is close to everything if you don't mind walking as we covered the city on foot going to all palaces, Tivoli and Christiana etc. I'm super picky person when it comes to hotels and I didn't really find too much to complain about.

Absolutely LOVED staying here!! When I was looking to book hotels, 25hours was definitely towards the higher end of my budget, but every penny spent was worth it. So clean, so stylish and so comfortable. I felt so safe and the staff really looks out for you - I have a bad sesame allergy, and at dinner one of the waitresses in the restaurant made me a revised menu of all the things I could/couldn’t order! Going that extra mile made me feel so reassured that I could enjoy the food. Also, a special mention to the delicious breakfast! 10/10 recommend.

Really loved the hotel it was cosy and stylish but at check out the lady who served us seemed rushed and we overheard the lady next to us be asked if she enjoyed her stay and would stay again, her response was yes and she was offered a discount at their sister hotels. Would stay at the hotel again as it was lovely.
