About this property

Child-friendly family house with large garden close to the center of Copenhagen

  • Our home is a cosy house with a very nice garden only 7 km from the center of Copenhagen.

    Our garden is very sunny and has a nice covered terrace. You'll find a swing, a playhouse and a small campfire site with a shelter as well. We also have a spot for playing table tennis. - -Wonderful garden. Perfect for ping pong and BBQ on the covered terrace.
    - 20 minutes, and you're in central Copenhagen
    - A quiet neighborhood gives the best sleep

    Our home has two levels. The upper level has the kitchen and livingroom, our kids room (2 rooms) and a bathroom. The lower level, which has it's own entrance, also has a bathroom, a laundry room and two nice rooms - our bedroom and an office. In the bedroom there’s a piano.

    It's situated in Brønshøj right next to Utterslev Mose, a breathing hole in Copenhagen. A quiet and relaxed neighborhood. Perfect for walks, picnic, exercise, plenty of playgrounds and nature experiences. Ideal for families. We have three kids with plenty of toys to share. We have a cat, Julius, that will be home. He is really cute. We will let it be up to you, if you will feed him or if we should ask our neighbors to do so, which requires them to enter the house at least once a day.

A really beautyful house and garden. A very quiet place with quiet neighbourhood. A nice park is nearby. A kind of oasis close to the center of copenhagen. There are several busses to go to the center of the city. The communication with the owner was quite easy.
