Layover hotel meets all requirements

Good service 24hrs and everything needed in the room (except hairdryer). Window blind was broken but other than that a good stay. Rooms are small but for an airport layover you dont need space. Breakfast very good.

Good hotel close to the underground station

The hotel is approximately 10 minutes walk from the railway station. Check in was fast, the room was comfortable although it was a bit cold when I entered the room. I didn't like that there's no separate shower cubicle in the bathroom, using the shower makes the bathroom floor completely wet.

A good hotel for a short stay

We stayed over night between flights and that was the best solution we found. Located on metro and train line. Easy to get around. We did not experience many services because we did not have much time. The shower was a little funny. We are not big but still found it a little tight.

The hotel is in a nice area, plenty of places to do shopping and eat nearby. It has a train/metro station only 10 mins walk away so that's great. Regarding the actual hotel you get what you paid for, its an adequate place to stay for what you paid. However, the staff can be dismissive and straight up rude sometimes. Therefore, customer service is not great.

Staff was kind and friendly. The room was very small and felt like a dorm or hostel. It was clean but could have been a bit cleaner for me personally. It’s also old and you can hear a bit of noise from the hall. Beds in the twin room were surprisingly comfortable. The price is a bit high for what you get but affordable for Copenhagen. It’s very close to the airport an Uber/Taxi is about $20 and 5-7 min drive!

The building is neat and it's surroundings, It is well situated in an area where train station and shopping mall are not far from each other. But what we didn't like is the fact that I was compelled to pay for the rooms in full in advance, without given us an option to know or have an idea of what we booked for, on getting to the hotel, we were given a double bunk.

The hotel is very conveniently situated, easy to reach with a short walk from Orestad station from either Kastrup or Copenhagen centre. It was very clean and the breakfast was very good. The reception is open 24/7 which was good because our flight was heavily delayed. Just one slight drawback was that the room was very tiny. We had a twin room and it was very tight. However, it was comfortable and everything, including the tiny shower, worked very well. The local area seemed to be a business district rather than residential. It was clean and quiet

Bathrooms were horrible, no space in the room to even keep the luggage, no space to even open the luggage and sort out. The basics in the room were missing. Breakfast was ok, altogether the experience was bad and we willl never come to stay here again.

Very convenient budget hotel for the Bella Center. Easy to access the city centre from the metro, and good maps and literature available in the lobby. Limited catering onsite - drinks, few wraps and sandwiches, but very close to Field's shopping centre, so you won't starve! Room cleaning is free - you just need to let reception know before 10 pm. Staff were generally very knowledgeable and helpful. Glad I brought a bath towel (thanks for the tip) as towels very small for showering. Hotel was very warm, and only option in room was to open the window. Although you need to pay to leave luggage after checkout, you have the option of 1, 6 or 24 hours and the system worked extremely well, with choice of low, middle and high lockers. Would recommend this budget hotel.
