"Location was great .was very busy destination for travellers I can see why , it had everything you needed . Perfect for myself as it was only a 1 night stay but if I was travelling with a group of 4-6 this would be perfect . Using the online room key and for the lifts was a pain so I went to reception to get a physical card and had no problem after that so I would advise check in when you get there and get a card ."

"Great breakfast. My wife loved the yoga studio. We used the hotel after a cruise to fly out the next afternoon. Quick walk to the terminal made the day of travel seamless. I would recommend this hotel for the last night in Copenhagen. It was also a nice walk to restaurants nearby (15min) for dinner the night before (hotel restaurant is a bit pricey)."

"We had a nice stay at Tivoli Hotel in Copenhagen. The hotel was clean and well maintained, and we especially enjoyed the pool and spa area — it was clean, comfortable, and there were plenty of towels. Our room was a good size, but there wasn’t much practical space to unpack and organize our clothes and luggage. The location was also a little farther from the main sights than we expected and not quite as convenient as advertised. At check-in, we were told housekeeping was available upon request, so we asked for our room to be cleaned the next day, but unfortunately it wasn’t done, perhaps due to a misunderstanding. Overall, a nice hotel with a great pool and spa area."

"This was unplanned 1 night due to flight cancellation. 12 sqm room is very well organized and doesn't feel that small. Right before I spent 5 nights in the same size hotel room in Amsterdam and this one is mush better."

"We were lucky to receive an upgrade to our room. We had a room on the 6th floor which included a balcony with outdoor seating to look over the city. There was a new staff member receiving training on the day we arrived but there was no hold-up with our checking-in. All the staff we encountered during our stay were always pleasant and polite. We booked breakfast at check-in time and were rewarded with a special promotion. Breakfast was fantastic. Super choice of any form of breakfast you preferred (continental or typical English) and no problem finding seats. As we use a Hotel more of a base rather than spend long periods in the room we didn't fully utilise the balcony but I can imagine it's great to sit outside of an evening listening to the sound of the city below. The only point I'd like to make refers to the room upgrade. We were 2 x couples travelling together and the booking was made in accordance with the 4 of us spending the same number of nights and same amount of money on our rooms. I can imagine some groups not being satisfied that one couple have been upgraded and not the other despite both couples spending the same amount of money. There must be an internal system somewhere whereby both couples on the booking are treated the same either with an upgrade or not. The other issue was the Duvet. Every hotel we've stayed in has a full size duvet and not 2 x singles! Executive rooms had full-size but others had a 2 x single duvet version which wasn't suitable."
