Got to the hotel after traveling all day. They had no record of my reservation even though I had a confirmed reservation number from Expedia.. after talking with a few people, the issue was resolved.
On checkout, i was told they did not accept Mastercard, only Visa even though I had used my Master cad to reserve the room. They asked for cash, which I refused to guve them. They wanted me ti go to an ATM and take out a cash advance to pay for the room. I refused to do that. My son endedd up using his Visa card and we left never to return again!!
