Disliked: Staff & service
Er was niemand aanwezig toen wij voor de deur stonden. Na een paar keer bellen werd uiteindelijk de telefoon opgenomen. Ze konden de boeking eerst niet vinden. Uiteindelijk wel gevonden. Of we maar 1,5 uur wilde wachten, dan zou iemand de deur open doen. Nadat we boos werden, werd die tijd iets korter. Toen hebben we echter geannuleerd en een ander hotel gevonden
