"Front desk personnel outstanding, particularly Diana and Lizi. Breakfast was hearty and good. They offer made to order eggs as well, a real plus. The only thing I found to be somewhat of a problem was the lighting in the room. It was very dim. They were in the process of installing new carpet throughout the hotel but handled it professionally with no interruption to service. Have stayed here several times and will continue to stay here when in Miami."
