Everyone was so accommodating, friendly and helpful, we were able to check in early. Our room was very clean & comfortable. Our flight was canceled & when I went to the front desk to add another night, the person was not very helpful & told me I had to do it on line -she could not be bothered to help, in the morning it was a different story -very helpful!!!

Amazing Hotel

We had a great stay at the Hotel Colonnade! The room was great, exactly as pictured with the loft and spiral staircase so my kids were thrilled. The service was outstanding, check in was a breeze and we received a complimentary bottle of champagne. The food for breakfast was excellent as was the service. We can't wait to come back!

Definitely use valet instead of self-parking. The Executive Suite was excellent and highly recommended for the extra cost. And definitely get the breakfast option. Breakfast was wonderful! The hotel was beautiful, staff was friendly, location was excellent. There is nothing negative to say.
