"This is the first time we have ever rented anyplace, and while we could see the place from the pictures posted on line, it’s sometime hard to judge and get an overall impression of the space just from pictures. I was still apprehensive about the house.  From the moment I opened the front door, and seeing the entire space all at once, the first word out of my mouth was “WOW”. It was perfect for us, the vaulted ceilings gave it a very spacious feel, it felt “homey”, it felt “comfortable”, and did not lack for anything we needed for the entire time we were here.  It was perfect in every way! The kitchen had anything you would need to prepare meals, the bedrooms were comfortable , as well as the living area seating and the large TV. We enjoyed everything about it, both inside and out. The pool was heated and warm, with great seating outside around the pool. Communication with the host on a question I had was quickly answered. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. It is a great location and only a few minutes away from lots of great restaurants and things to do, a perfect location. Definitely will be looking to come back again next year. A great place !"

"Highly recommend this place for your vacation stay! They have everything you need in the condo, in addition to kayaks, beach chairs, fishing poles, etc. We loved the sunrises each morning on the deck while watching dolphins swim by. We loved our stay here and would definitely come stay again! Beautiful place!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay. The house was clean and beautiful. It does need a few more amenities though. There are not a lot of plates and glasses available. The pool is only heated if you pay the 20/day fee. The owners and host were readily accessible for a couple minor glitches we experienced. It truly was a great experience for us."

"We are from Indiana and wanted to get away from tthe cold and snow. This place was great! Large and inviting. Joshua was inviting and handled all issues quickly and well. There were a few issues caused by a previous rentor and Joshua was quick to correct things. We loved the monthe here!!!"

"The house was very clean, all the appliances were in good working order, all the dishes in good condition. The area was very quiet and in a nice subdivision. Cape Coral traffic itself was messy (because of how the canals were built), but that didn’t take away from or enjoyment. If we go to Cape Coral again would definitely stay here. We went during a time when the pool was too cold to swim in, however the pool was very clean and well maintained. The fenced in yard also was nice, provided some privacy. Thank you!"
