"I was very disappointed with my stay. The hotel appears to be used by the council to house individuals with drug and alcohol issues, which created an uncomfortable and at times unsafe environment. There were visible burn marks on tables consistent with drug use, and noise levels were high at all hours of the day and night. Local businesses even confirmed this is an ongoing issue. Unfortunately, this made it impossible to relax or get proper rest, and I would not choose to stay here again."

8/10 Good

"Clean room. Great facilities. Staff were helpful and friendly. Smiles, greetings and politeness from reception staff, cleaners and restaurant staff. The breakfast was nice. Pastries slightly overcooked this time. Good choice of food and you can have your eggs cooked how you want. If I stayed again I would request a room at the back (facing car park) like the last time I stayed as much quieter. Great location to explore Leicester."

"My first time visiting here, I arrived a little early so went upstairs to have lunch where the soft play is with my children. Found out later by another member of staff that I should of got 20% off my food due to staying at the hotel but the staff at soft play said because I hadn't yet checked in yet I didn't qualify which personally I think is ridiculous, they also told me not sure check in my car reg with them had to wait till I checked in at the hotel. Lots of misread information from the team up at the soft play, also got my food order wrong and didn't come across very friendly or happy to help! However Amanda at the hotel reception was very kind and helpful, even managed to get us free breakfast the next morning which was super helpful considering I was on my own with 2 little children."

"Certainly, Olatunde: I stayed in a very nice hotel and had a pleasant experience. The gym was well equipped and helped me keep active during my stay. The spa facilities were also very good and made it easy to relax. I also enjoyed the lovely surroundings, which made the hotel even more special. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"First time stayed here, and could not fault a thing. (One or two little.niggles but nothing to complain about). Staff were helpful and all very friendly. Room was (as requested) a twin accessible room as mum.needs one these days.- and quiet. Meals were either in restaurant or bar area.Plenty of parking too, including disabled.bays. Overall, would stay here again if in Peterborough."
