"Staff was very kind and helpful! We were surprisingly upgraded to a junior suite and we loved it. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the old town, but enough away from the center that it wasn't overwhelmed with the crowds. Took us about 3 minutes to walk to the Mezquita. Beautiful hotel... we highly recommend!"
