"The room was clean. All staff was very polite and helpful. "Breakfast Pam" and her tall blonde sidekick were true worker bees each morning for breakfast. Breakfast choices were more than adequate. We enjoyed how the seating area was spaced out so it never felt crowded even with many being served. My only question is why didn't they have coffee in the rooms as in the past. You do have to get dressed and go to the lobby to get morning coffee. Otherwise, it was a wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend."

"All the furniture when you came in was dirty looking. After checking in we got to our room found that it had not been cleaned. Bed was still un made, trash in trash cans and the previous persons towels were still on bathroom floor. Went back to the front showed pictures of room. We got another room. This room had been cleaned. Room was very worn. Beds were rough. Everything needs to upgraded. Even the carpet in all the hallways is tearing. Great place for a hotel just Hotel seems run down. When we fly from Pensacola again we will stay somewhere else. Wasn’t worth the money. "
