Each bedroom has been thoughtfully styled for relaxation, featuring a mix of king, queen, and double beds to suit every guest. The downstairs king can also be converted into two singles upon request for flexibility.

Corlette’s calm, protected waters are ideal for swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, and fishing, making it a favourite destination for both families and water sports enthusiasts. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from Roy Wood Reserve or take a scenic coastal walk around the headland where you might even spot a koala resting in the trees on your way to Corlette Beach.
The nearby Anchorage Marina offers a choice of waterfront dining, a relaxed café, and a luxurious day spa, all just moments from your doorstep. From peaceful nature walks to indulgent seaside dining, La Luce Corlette places you at the centre of everything Port Stephens has to offer.
The charging of any electric vehicles, electric bicycle, electric scooter, electric skateboard, segway or other like devices (Electric Personal Mobility Devices) or the battery for an Electric Personal Mobility Device is Prohibited in this property.
To ensure the comfort of our guests and neighbours, we do not accept bookings for 'Schoolies' breaks/under 21yrs groups and under no circumstances do we allow parties of any sort.
Kindly note a deposit of 50% AUD of total amount will be charged at time of confirmation. An option of direct deposit and credit card is offered.
A 1000 Security Deposit (Pre-Authorisation) is to be held. The bond will be processed prior to arrival. We only accept Mastercard or Visa.
You can check in anytime between the hours of 3PM and 5PM on Weekdays. On weekdays after-hours, weekends and public holidays there is an afterhours check-in service. If you require this service, please inform one of the members at LJ Hooker Nelson Bay prior to your day of arrival.
Payment for the booking warrants you and all guests staying will abide by the Code of Conduct for Short Term Rental Accommodation which can be viewed on our website which will be sent to you in your booking confirmation email. This property is a holiday rental, it is not a principal place of residence.
Terms and conditions apply for this property and payment warrants your agreement and that of all other guests staying at the property with you.
The guests limits apply at all times during the booking. Any extra guests (this includes day visitors) above those that have booked and paid for must be approved in writing prior to the stay. Only the guests staying at the property are permitted to be present. If you wish to have visitors in addition to booked guests you must advise us in writing prior to your stay and ensure you receive written permission.
If you or any other guest receives a warning regarding excess noise or excess guests, you may be asked to leave the property Immediately with no refund of monies including security deposit. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 10:00 PM and 8.00 AM.
