Sunset Views and spa nights is a lux home designed for effortless relaxation and memorable coastal escapes. This stunning holiday home showcases breathtaking sunset views across the Port Stephens waterways. Just a short stroll (approx. 150 metres) to Roy Wood Reserve and the foreshore, the home offers the perfect balance of privacy, luxury and convenience for families, couples and groups seeking a refined coastal retreat.
At the heart of the home is a grand open-plan living, dining and kitchen area, thoughtfully designed for relaxed holiday living and entertaining. The designer kitchen is well appointed ideal for long, leisurely mornings and shared meals. Large glass doors open seamlessly onto the waterfront balcony, where an electronic awning provides shade during warmer months, creating the perfect setting for alfresco dining, sunset drinks and taking in the ever-changing water views.
A second, tiered outdoor entertaining area at the rear of the property offers a more secluded space to unwind. Here, guests can enjoy a built-in BBQ, outdoor spa and relaxed afternoons or evening gatherings under the stars.
Accommodation is generous and flexible, comprising three spacious bedrooms plus a private downstairs retreat, making this home ideal for extended families or multi-generational stays. The home includes three modern bathrooms, with an ensuite to the master bedroom, built-in robes throughout, and ducted air-conditioning for year-round comfort.
Centrally located, the home is just a short four-minute drive to Salamander Square, where guests will find supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, medical facilities and transport links. With pristine beaches, waterfront reserves and local attractions all close by, this exceptional home provides the ultimate base for a luxury Port Stephens getaway.
LINEN & BATH TOWELS will be supplied for your stay. There is a cot and an additional cost of $50 for the linen pack to be provided
BOND- $1000 is due 14 days prior to your arrival date and refunded 3 - 5 days after your departure.
ACCOMMODATES 8 adults. There is a sofa bed in the 4th bedroom. There is a sofa bed that will be added to accommodate guests 9 & 10 ($100), total maximum guest 10.
